Processing Time
- Order Processing: Every item is printed to order. Printing usually takes 2 to 7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start the next business day. These are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
- Standard Delivery: Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Typical rates for shirts are $4.95 for 1 shirt, $7.35 for 2 shirts, and $9.75 for 3 shirts.
- Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days. Most orders arrive within 4 to 12 business days of ordering.
- We currently ship within the United States.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at support@thesaltyscot.com. For returns and exchanges, see our Return Policy.
