Return Policy
The Salty Scot Co. offers a 30-day return policy, meaning customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in the same condition as they were received – unwashed, unworn, or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging - with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages
Please inspect orders immediately upon delivery. If items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at TheSaltyScotCo@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and quickly resolve.
Returns & Exchanges
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at TheSaltyScotCo@gmail.com with the order number and reason for the return. Once the return is approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to complete the return.
Exchange items will be shipped once the return has been received and accepted.
Please note that returns sent without prior approval or shipping labels will not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method of the order within 10 business days after returns have been received and approved. Please note that it may take additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and post refunds.
