Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
- Standard Shipping (5-8 Business Days): Flat rate of $5. Free for orders over $75.
- Express Shipping (1-2 Business Day): Flat rate of $25.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or high demand.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Use the tracking link provided to monitor your shipment's progress.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Some items may have specific shipping restrictions due to their size or weight.
Lost or Damaged Packages
